How long does shipping take?
Processing Time
Banners are made to order and processing times vary based on your event date. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
All other items ship within 3–5 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way
Returns
How do I return an item?

Customers must email us within 3 days of delivery with their order number and reason for return. - Wait for Approval
Once we review the request, we will confirm if the return is approved. - Receive Return Instructions
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
