Absolutely! Custom orders are what I love to create. You can choose your colors, theme, wording, and other details. Final designs may vary slightly since each piece is handmade.
A digital design will be provided. Please review all spelling, dates, colors, and details carefully before approving your design.
Once a design has been approved and I’ve started creating your order, changes may not be possible. Additional charges may apply for major changes.
Because most items are handmade and personalized, custom orders are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me so I can help make it right.
I recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for birthdays, weddings, holidays, and other special events. This gives us plenty of time for creating and shipping your order.
My standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days. Custom banners will ship out a week before the event date given when ordered. Please keep shipping time in mind when choosing your order date. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
