Ordering Information:
Please include the following details when placing your order:
-Event theme
-Color preferences
-Font style (script, handwritten, etc.)
-Event date
-Exact banner wording
-Any complex graphics or logos

Once your order is complete, you will receive a digital mock-up via email for final approval before painting begins.

IMPORTANT – Turnaround Time
Please review current turnaround times (see pinned post) before placing your order.
If an order is placed and you later realize it will not arrive in time, refunds cannot be issued.

A Rush Order option is available for an additional $10, pending availability and approval.

Shipping:
All banners are shipped via USPS approximately one week before your event, unless earlier delivery is requested.

Banners are carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy cylinder tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

A: Banners are rolled and shipped in a protective cylinder tube via USPS to prevent damage.

Q: Can I rush my order?
A: Yes! Rush orders are available on a limited basis and must be approved before purchase. The rush fee is $10. Orders placed outside the standard turnaround time without an approved rush will be cancelled for store credit or will require the rush fee.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are not offered for orders placed without reviewing the stated turnaround times before purchase. If your banner is delayed or damaged during transit, no refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Q: What if my banner is delayed or damaged during shipping?
A: While carrier delays are out of my control, I will file a claim with USPS on your behalf if your banner is delayed or damaged. 

Q: Will I see a draft before the banner is made?
A: Yes! Every order includes a digital mock-up. If approval is not received promptly, I will proceed with the best design option to stay on schedule.
